Main Window Interface - Main Window Interface, can use to create the address for receiver an sender, Create and Pick Message, Create and pick Envelope size, create and select receiver and sender address.

Action on buttons
New - Can used to create a fresh data for your envelope.
Save - Can use to save the created fresh data in your database.
Update - Can use to update the exist data in your database.
Delete - Can delete the data from your database.

Difference Between save and update button?
Save button used to save new entry and update button can use to update in old entries.


Create Envelope Size

Create Envelope size

Create Envelope Size - Here you can create Envelope Name, height and width. When you pick the name of envelope, it will automatically select the size of envelop, which you mention in your name of envelope. View all create size by clicking on "List on envelope sizes" , As you see below screenshot.


Create Messages

Create Messages - Here you can create and save messages to Print on your envelope.You can view and edit your messages from the list, by Clicking on " List Of Message "


Create Receiver Address

Create Receiver Address - Here you can create, save, update and delete receiver address and logo for you envelope.

Action on buttons

Save - Can use to save the created fresh data in your database.
Update - Can use to update the exist data in your database.


Select Receiver Address

Select Receiver Address

Select Receiver Address - Here you select your receiver address which you already created. From here you can also export and import data.

As you seen above, user can modify list of receiver addess, from here you can also add, update, import and export the data of address. By clicking on import a new window will open where you can select the file.

import list

You can import address by clicking on "Select Csv File". Then select csv and add address by clicking on import tab on top of import list.

Create Sender Address

Create Sender Address - Here you can create, save, update and delete Sender address for you envelope. Each sender address can added under the address id, which is unque for different address. you can select address to print by this address id.

Action on buttons

Save - Can use to save the created fresh data in your database.
Update - Can use to update the exist data in your database.
Close- Close the windows.

Select Sender Address - Here you select your sender address which you already created. From here you can also export and import data. As you imported for the receiver address process is same just, Import, export, edit and delete address from the list.


Printer Setting

Printer Setting - Here you edit sender and reciver address by address id before printing, select the envelope size, set the margin for address, message and logo before printing. Click previw the view proper setting of address,logo and messages. By clicking on print you can select the printer with whom you want to print. Also you can save the setting of printer for further use, so that no need to set to print every time.
